
Today, at the Flashbelt conference here in Minneapolis, I presented my Video Validator for Flash, which is a drag-and-drop AIR application that tells you if a video file is playable at runtime with the Flash Player/platform. It’s super simple to use. Make sure you have the AIR framework installed before you download the AIR package below. You can download the AIR framework here:

You should add some more file extensions for MPEG-4 (e.g. popular ones like m4v, 3gp and the ones preferred by Adobe, see http://www.video-flash.de/index/neue-dateiendung-f4v-fur-flashvideos/).
